Once your enquiry is created the follow up for that enquiry can be done. Select the type of follow up choose start time and End time and click on submit button your follow up schedule will be created .

If you want to change the status of the follow up you can click on change status button. A popup screen appears as shown below.
select the status of the enquiry and click on save button it will look like as shown below.

Note: - If you choose Won or Lost then you can see that enquiry in closed enquiry tab. You cannot change status once the Sales Order is created. If you wish to change the follow up status of that enquiry then first you have to delete sales order against that enquiry.
