First of all that customer should be register customer. He/she will recieve mail for the activation through that link click customer will get automatically login into the session. In login session move on menu of support select the submenu download click on it. Then window will reflect as below image click on the arrow direction button.

The request send successfully this message will reflect on popup as below image shows.

After the request get appoved customer will recieve mail as below image reflect.


If moderator has approved the request customer will ready to use it as below image shows.

After the above section done then customer should click on the download on downloads page as below image shows.

If click done on download button the new window will reflect as below image shows.Download the link which in present on below page.

After click done on the link it will show as below image shows.

After download done prefer the installation manual for futher process.
