It is the part of the EQMS .Its in EQMS menu as mass mailer submenu .The mass mailer is also have submenu like mass mail. As below image shows click on it.
After click it will reflect like below image shows.Click on the highlighted button with name of browse.
After that it will show the window like below image shows.
Select from the entire list as below image shows , after selection click on the button add.
After add click it reflect the window as below image shows.
Click on the submit button as below image shows.
After submit click the window will as below image. Provide entire section the required field and click on the send button to send the mail to selected customer .
In Mass mailer there is section of company profile.On click of company profile the page will reflect as below image.
Choose the customer from list and click on the add button as below image shows.
After add click the page will reflect as below image. Click on the submit button.
In mass mailer there is section as edit mail template.In this section you can edit mail as below image shows.
The mass mailer have the edit attachment section .Download that attached file modify it and re-attach that file then submit it as below image shows.
The sent mail section shows the all record of mail send as below image shows.
On click of particular send mail list it shows the entire details has been send as below image shows.
In manage group you can add list as you want in the group with particular name .As the below image shows.
After provided name click on the plus sign to add the customer in that group by selecting from list and click on the add button. As below image reflect.
After add click on the submit as below image shows.
After submit click it will reflect as below image.Click on the submit button.
After submit click done it will reflect in the record section as below image shows.
In sent mailer section shows the all record of mail send as below image shows.
On click on any of then it shows the record at left side in detail as below image shows.
